This group of Calligraphers began in 1991 and holds one-day Saturday workshops (from September to April)  on the last Saturday in the month.
Some workshops are tutored by professional calligraphers and some are on a self-help basis.
The whole day (10:00 am - 4:00 pm) is given over to a quiet working atmosphere at Wribbenhall Community Centre - Shawhedge Road, Wribbenhall, Bewdley.

At present, membership of Severn Scribes is £8 per year (Payable in March), and brings with it two newsletters and details of all activities.
