Terms and Conditions
The Small Print"
Tanwood Enterprises will take all reasonable steps to safeguard
your rights and copyrights as the composer of the music (including all
Performance Rights).
Contracts will be agreed and exchanged before work in commenced.
Your original manuscript / copy will be returned to you. We will retain our
electronic Master (and Back-Up copy) for printing and advertising purposes.
Sales to the composer will be at a preferential rate. Sales to third parties
will be at a price agreed between the composer and Publishing (+) Plus.
Printing will only be undertaken after final proof copies have received your
agreement.
Payment will be in Pounds Sterling (P-UK). In the case of an initial contract
payment will be required before printing is commenced.
You will be advised of Postage and Insurance charges before Dispatch - since
this will depend on the size and weight of the parcel and the agreed insurance
value. Total loss cover is always advised, since this will immediately pay for a
re-print your work.
Your music deserves every opportunity to be heard at its best.
Hand-written drafts - worn and torn - or dog-eared photocopies do not allow
musicians and singers to do justice to your inspiration.
Have your music printed properly and you will have it available for years to
come.
